These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of yourvippass.com and to any ticket, reservation, package or experience you buy from Your VIP Pass (“YVP”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Tickets and reservations
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout.
- Tickets are for the named guest and may not be resold, transferred or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. If you need to change a guest name, contact us at info@yourvippass.com.
- Availability is limited. We may cancel an order placed in error, at an incorrect price, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, and will refund any amount paid for that order.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through our secure third-party payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Refunds and cancellations
All purchases are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you need help with a booking, please contact us at info@yourvippass.com and our team will be happy to assist.
Changes to events
Experiences may depend on third parties such as venues, restaurants, chefs, performers and public events. We may change the timing, venue, menu, programme or participating talent where needed. If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, we will contact ticket holders by email with the details. For any questions, contact info@yourvippass.com. We are not responsible for changes to third party events that are outside our control, such as a parade route, broadcast schedule or public ceremony. YVP events are not affiliated with or endorsed by the organisers of those events unless stated.
Attendance and conduct
- Guests must follow the venue rules, dress code and staff instructions. Some events are limited to guests aged 21 and over and may require photo ID; this is stated on the event page.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Photography and filming
Our events may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that YVP may use images and recordings in which you appear for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, without payment. If you prefer not to be featured, please tell our team at the event or email us.
Health, safety and accessibility
Please tell us about dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs when you book. We will pass this information to our partners and do our best to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee that any venue or menu is free of specific allergens.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, YVP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third party venues, suppliers or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website use
All content on this website, including text, photography, video and logos, belongs to YVP or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.
